Eligible intended use
DSCRHomeLoan is designed for preliminary inquiries about eligible non-owner-occupied rental or investment-property financing used for business purposes. A property you intend to occupy or use personally is outside this DSCR channel.
Tell us the actual purpose
Describe the intended occupancy and the purpose of the financing accurately. Entity ownership or rental income does not automatically establish a business purpose. The lender determines the treatment of the transaction.
No automatic decision
Educational content and form results are not an approval, preapproval, commitment to lend, rate lock or guarantee of available financing. Final eligibility and terms depend on the applicable review and underwriting.
Personal-use requests
A primary residence, second home for personal use or other personal-purpose selection stops the DSCR submission. Use the approved general NonQM123 contact path for a separate financing conversation.
