How this release handles preliminary inquiries.
Information provided in an inquiry
The guided review requests contact details and information about your proposed rental-property transaction. The form does not request Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank credentials, account numbers or borrower documents. Do not include those items.
Purpose and handling
Information is used to organize and respond to the requested review, preserve consent and source attribution, prevent duplicate submissions and protect the service. A configured WordPress installation stores the accepted record privately before permitted delivery to an approved service provider.
Preview and Safe Mode
A downloaded HTML preview does not submit your information to a lender or CRM. Safe Mode on a configured WordPress installation permits a private local record but disables external CRM delivery. No advertising or analytics provider is enabled in this supplied release by default.
Service providers and disclosures
The actual operating organization must approve its provider list, disclosures, retention schedule and any sharing practices before public launch. This release does not establish that any particular commercial data-sharing practice is in effect. An operational notice must accurately describe the deployed configuration.
Requests and contact
Use Privacy Choices to review available request channels. Call 855-372-7562 to ask about access, correction, deletion, opt-out or other applicable privacy requests. The operating organization must verify requests as appropriate and maintain its approved response process.
Security and retention
Reasonable safeguards are part of the implementation, but no system can promise absolute security. Retention must follow the organization’s approved schedule and applicable obligations. The supplied release does not invent a fixed retention period.
